My experience with ASM started off…
My experience with ASM started off poorly. My first track and field placement director left me completely in the dark for months. I had no idea what was going on, and at one point I even had to ask one of the scouts to follow up for me. It really shook my confidence in the process since I wasn’t in contact with any schools. Things turned around when Marina took over. She communicated regularly, kept me updated, and genuinely seemed to care. That made a big difference and helped rebuild some of my trust in the company. In the end, ASM did get me into a school and they still check in on me, which I appreciate. I just wish the initial experience had been more professional from the start. Overall, it seems the quality depends a lot on who you’re working with.
