The recipes are yummy although I sometimes substitute for fresh salad. Although you really need a snacks column, I don’t consider a handful of nuts or a piece of fruit as a meal. You also need other drinks eg a cup of coffee or tea is also not considered a meal but that’s the only place you can put them in other food. All in all it’s great, I’m losing weight and I have my appetite back so thankyou
