With the strikes the way they have been, I was really pleased with the service I received from play paw. They were constantly updating me about my order. I didn't blame them at all they could not help the postal strike, they even sent me a voucher for the delay. Thanks to the team they were awesome. Oh the gift is for my jack russel it's wrapped for xmas lol. Thanks again.
