extremely unreliable
extremely unreliable. i ordered a rack and payed extra for the option to send it out within a week. when i didn't recieve any tracking number after 2 weeks i started to contact him. he replied that he will send it out that day. a few days later he claimed he had send it out but forgot the tracking number and would be out of the country for a week. he hasn't replied any messages since then, not even when i asked him to send my money back. the order is almost 3 months ago now. i met some other people in london who had the same problems with him and only saw their money back after chasing him for ages. i don't understand whats wrong with this guy but definately don't ever send him money. 2020:never saw my money back
