Rubbish company
I've been signed off work after having a seizure at my place of work at the beginning of may. I had my assessment phone call on the 16th of July and i was told the report would be emailed to me within 3 days.. Ive still heard nothing.. I phoned back over a week later to find out what is going on.. After 5 phone calls and leaving 5 messages I finally spoke to a very rude woman who said it would be ready and sent on the 25th July.. still nothing.. After another 15 phone calls in less than a week, leaving a voicemail every time.. I got 1 call back, missed it by seconds, phoned straight back, noone answered (again!) Left yet another message and still didn't get a call back.. Finally managed to get hold of them this morning (5th of August) to be told, my case is "being chased now".. After getting very angry on the phone with the response I got.. I told the man I wanted it sent to me before 4pm, or I felt very sorry for whoever answered the phone to me.. funnily enough I had the report sent to me by 3.25pm.. It should not take me to get very angry and express that very bluntly and to the point, for the report to be sent.. I am currently now in debt with all my bills and being taken to court for my house to be repossessed.. I was told there is a backlog of cases which are waiting to be looked into.. I totally understand this but it is not acceptable to just be left in limbo with no updates at all, this is our literal bread and butter..! It's okay for people in offices pushing pens, but actually do your jobs and keep us people on the breadline in the loop..! Rubbish customer service, noone answers the phone!!
