Don’t let them charge what they want. Hoping to lower their star rating with this as they don’t deserve a 3.2! Please don’t give up on your complaints to them. It’s easier for them to not deal with a complaint so please lodge your complaints and keep on at them until you get a result! Good luck 👍

Got quoted a price of £17 for an outside clean. Did not explain the difference between volume 1-£13 or volume 2-£15. Anyway came back and went to pay and the dude said “It’s £20 as your car was dirty” Haha excellent. I actually thought it was a joke. When I stopped laughing he said “The windows were dirty” Thought I was on a hidden camera show! This geezer should be a stand up. I paid it as I was in a good mood but could have been a lot different! Be careful folks and agree a price first.
