From the initial message on instagram to viewing the bracelet was so easy and hassle free. I then took delivery and needed making slightly larger, even though a hassle know doubt for most or a great opportunity to make a big mark up on it as they know you will struggle to get anyone else to be able to do what is needed. Curtis did the adjustment for very little in my opinion and within a couple of days. Will definitely be using again & recommending to friends and family.
