Since gaining RTM
Since gaining RTM, our block has been using Urang for a few years. After some not-so-great experiences with previous property managers, Ruan Pretorius took over as our Property Manager, and things swiftly changed for the better. Ruan is proactive and consults with the Directors to ensure we are aware of our options and the associated costs. He is responsive, and makes sure things get done, which makes such a difference. He's also very flexible when it comes to using our own local tradespeople, which the residents appreciate as it saves the block money. We look forward to continuing to work closely with Ruan, and with Urang.
