Great customer service
I have been sending my parcels to malawi through Apex and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. I always liaise with Humayun..who is polite professional and efficient. He is wonderful with customers and its reassuring for me when I leave my parcels with him. I just know I will get the best service ever. Humayun is a great asset to Apex. Thank you for the brilliant customer service. I am sure I will continue using Apex
