Excellent value for money
The extra legroom and wider seats made such a difference on my 8-hour flight to Madrid. Service was attentive and the meal quality was surprisingly good. Only minor complaint is that the entertainment system was a bit slow to respond, but overall very satisfied with the upgrade.
