Over an hour almost 2 hr wait
I’ve ordered through EatStreet before and it was great, this time I ordered pizza and the estimated time was 15-20 mins, I called the pizza place to get an update and they said it’s been done they’re just waiting for the driver. At that point it had been over an hour already almost 2. Very upset, I contacted customer service to cancel the order which they did good at but still upset at it taking over an hour. I decided to just order through the pizza place and it cost way cheaper. Eatstreet was having me pay $50 whereas the pizza place charged me $24. I understand I could’ve ordered through the pizza place but I wanted to support local people who needed the money. After this I think I’m headed towards door dash.
