Unprofessional
I bought tickets for a spring training game. I did not get the tickets until 20 minutes after the game started. I had already repurchased tickets at the box office. I sent the company an email and they insisted tickets were sent and that disputing with credit card company wouldn’t end as I would like. I will never use again.
