The first phone sent had screen damage
The first phone sent had screen damage. This was not the end of the world but it was frustrating trying to contact customer support. Only a foreign phone number on the website and no email response for several days. I also stated that I wanted a replacement phone but still had to wait for a refund and reorder myself. Eventually another phone was sent but there definitely have room for improvement. The phone was a mother's day present but ended up being 10 days late. Later the company did follow up and offer me a $20 refund for my inconvenience which was nice.
