I've had the pleasure of working with ACIS since 2013 and as a teacher/group leader, I know I have the support of this company every step of the way. 2020 would have been my sixth trip with ACIS and then Covid hit hard one month before departure. ACIS and the wonderful Jessica Ricci not only guided me through these unchartered waters but also provided flexibility, understanding, and commitment to my families who were naturally concerned about their children's safety as well as their investment. I feel ACIS exceeded expectations with modified and fair refund policies. They did not stick to the "letter" of the insurance coverage, they provided additional financial security, extended deadlines and even created new and flexible trip options for seniors. Every few years I take a close look at the industry competitors and have never been tempted to use any other company other than ACIS. Why? From experience I know they provide flexible itinerary planning. I know that if a student traveler falls ill that ACIS is there to help arrange proper care. I know that my hotels will be in safe and centrally located areas and that students' special needs, such as dietary or medical, will be handled properly at every stop. And I know that with ACIS' help my students will have the experience of a lifetime~ and they do! I couldn't recommend ACIS more highly and look forward to many more years of happy, safe travel!
