John, the engineer, arrived within the allocated slot time. He was polite and friendly; identified the problem quickly and was able to provide the necessary part and complete the repair immediately. He was thorough and tidy ensuring everything was checked and cleared up once he had finished. The only downside was that my original appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for 5 days later leaving us without a washing machine for that period.
