Beware, returns are NOT free
They advertise as 30 days easy returns policy. I need to return the chair as it is very uncomfortable as the back when upright is reclining too much so you have no support for you back and head when the recliner is folded up. They want £60 to return the chair. The item is so heavy and large that it is almost impossible to find a courier to take it. They also keep asking the same question over and over. The only way to contact them is through email. There is no phone number and when I tried to find a courier the address I was given didn't match the postcode so I am stuck with using their courier at £60
