What a fantastic experiance
What a fantastic experiance. Anglian Water have been superb telling us we have a water leak, got a bill for £2200, we replaced our water main ourselves at a cost of £250 and Anglian Water gave us a leakage allowance of £2400 so the total leakage was covered. Excellent customer service, no long phone calls, no queues. Wish all companies could be like this. Had to do a review because it’s not often you get a good experience these days.
