I am so aggravated with this company
I am so aggravated with this company. I called and requested the first available technician to come and relocate cable wires within my home. They said we have someone available between 3-4. I leave work, go home and wait an hour and a half then call them only to be told the “order was complete and closed”!! Uumm no it wasn’t. I was then told they would look into it and get back to me. They didn’t. I called back and requested that provisions be made because I was inconvenienced…. I was told “no we can’t do that”…. And I am STILL expected to pay the 59.00 service call on SUNDAY! Four (4 days) AFTER my request and the date THEY failed to honor with zero explanation. Stellar service wouldn’t you say? There should be a “zero star” option……
