Martyn Gerrard achieved the impossible!
Martyn Gerrard achieved the unachievable! We approached various agents in Crouch End at the beginning on the year to instruct a sale and almost all of them laughed at the price we wanted to achieve! Thanks to the professionalism of both the manager James and assistant manager Maria, full asking price was achieved. The process of sale was highly complex due to the fact that it was a share of freehold property and a sale of probate but thanks to Maria we were able to get it over the line. Both she and James went above and beyond to help both parties whenever possible even if it meant going into the office on a day off.
