Unreliable service

Well, that was disappointing. 👎👎👎 First, on Feb 16th I ordered one model of blanket support from Blowout Medical. Then on Feb 27th, after getting my money, they told me that product wasn’t available. They did not refund my money automatically and I had to request that they return my funds. They suggested an alternative, which I purchased. That alternative does not work with our beds, but they will not accept a return because I opened the bags and assembled the product to see if they would work.
