Great customer service
Kaitlyn provided great customer service. There was an item from my original order that was out of stock at Nike so unable to provide. She contacted me quickly advising on a potential replacement item which was very similar. I agreed to change the order and she offered to waive the extra cost for the replacement. Thanks Kaitlyn
