Do not waste your time this company. Ordered a floor sander and edging sander online and called the following morning to check what time I can pick it up. I was told the order was for the following day (which I did not do), they said the order was for 1 month and not 1 day which I asked for, so when I come in to claim a refund as I had overpaid. Called back the following morning and spoke to someone else who had no idea what the previous colleague as discussed and said the tools are not available and wont be some time as they are in a queue. Could not give me any specifics. I wasted 48 hours of a project when I had 72 hours to complete it and was told the only option is refund after wasting 2 days. I was told the online system isn't linked to each branch...
