A customised bike without the fuss
We were invited to visit the 50 bike premises to try out the bikes and discuss what we required. Scott was most obliging and helpful and offered to build our custom bikes which were different from the standard models. It was all very easy and our choices were taken up. We were told the lead time would be three to four weeks, but due to delivery problems from Germany, and transport problems due to covid and Brexit, the actual delivery time was 13 weeks. No fault of Scott's, and he kept us informed of progress as the weeks passed. When they arrived it took about 30 minutes to assemble each bike and they were ready to ride, even coming with fully charged batteries . We have not had much time to test them long term, but so far we are very happy with them. The build quaility is very good, it appears that most of the bike is German, with their fine attention to detail, and good design, and they ride very smoothly and silent.
