Poor communication and inefficiency!
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Acorn Estate Agents. I have emailed the property managers Vaibhav Bhuttoo, Helen Florey, and Darcy Daniels multiple times regarding important concerns about a property on Orpington High Street, yet I have received no response whatsoever. It is incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially when the matter is urgent. What makes this even worse is that Acorn has no problem reaching out when they need something from me, but when it’s the other way around, it seems they simply don’t care. This one-sided approach to communication is completely unacceptable for a company that is supposed to provide reliable property management services. Good customer service should be consistent and responsive, but based on my experience, Acorn Estate Agents fails in this aspect. I would not recommend them to my family, friends, or colleagues, as I would not want anyone else to go through the same frustration. If you’re looking for an agency that values its clients, I suggest looking elsewhere.
