Money oriented institution - Bad experience
I registered for Project Management course in May 2023. But as I was doing my Master's degree at the time, I did not have time to start the course. They gave me the access to the course but I did not do any of the modules as I was busy with my academic work. But I paid the 03 monthly installments to them. Then I realised that my pathway is different and this course is not useful for me so I asked them to stop the course and I stopped paying more. I informed this already but they keep pushing me to pay the balance fee even I'm not ready to do the course. They do not care about my completion of the course, They need money. Now they have given my contacts to one recoveries team and sending me emails asking to pay the balance. I have every proof that I have never started any of the modules and have not received any completion certificates therefore I'm not ready to pay an amount of around NZ$4000/-. Really a bad experience . I will definitiely share my bad experience with anyone I know for them to not to get into trouble.
