Incompetant, pushy liars
I was mis-sold a digital PR campaign that promised to increase our SEO ranking via permanent backlinks while knowing perfectly well this was FALSE! The campaign was poor, it drove no traffic or leads and more to the point it DID NOT yield a permanent DO FOLLOW BACKLINK so there was NO SEO value contrary to what I was sold. After I originally complained they offered a pathetic £100 refund which is a long way short of the £2k we paid. I told them to stick it and never to contact me again. I have since continued to get regular emails and even calls from various salespeople at Hurst despite my warning that if I get one more I will leave a bad review. Surprise!!! They are incompetent and ruthless so, here I am sharing my story in the hope I can save someone else from making the same mistake!
