Smallwood Frames is the best!
We had an amazing experience with Smallwood Frames. First off, the frames and printed pictures are stunning and look perfect in our home! On our initial order, one of the photos arrived damanged (gotta love U.S. Postal Service) so I reported it with pictures to prove immediately. I heard back the next business day, and they were incredibly apologetic, assuring me that I'd receive a replacement. The new photo arrived in perfect condition less than a week later, at no extra cost. The quality is fantastic, and I'll definitely be purchasing more frames in the future. Highly recommend - 10/10!
