What happened to Southwest?

Always preferred to fly Southwest. Unfortunately one of the attendants made the trip almost unbearable. He stopped in the middle of the preflight instructions to chastise my daughter, who took a sip of her coffee and recovered her face, to cover her nose. "Ross" said this in a rude and uncalled for way in the middle of his instruction. My daughter was embarrassed, turned red and looked like she wanted to cry. Then came the 2 snacks and a cup of ice and water. I started to snack to alleviate the air sickness in the exact manner of instruction. Mask down bite, mask up chew. This attendant found it necessary to say to me loudly " That's not how it works! You can't eat the whole flight!." I had consumed less half a bag of one snack and had a few sips of water half hr. into a 3 hr. flight. I was in no way trying to buck this guy who clearly was looking for trouble. We will no longer fly with Southwest. I feel a bit saddened that the fun, friendly and playful crews of past are gone. Also on the flight to our destination we had an hr layover on the tarmac. We chose not to leave the plane. Members of the crew sat in back and talked about the furloughs and basic lack of job security. A lot of fear. Perhaps this is why on our return flight "Ross" felt like he needed an outlet for his pent up fear and anger. The reason for the flight was to say goodbye to a loved one who past before we landed. A sad time and Southwest made it worse.
