Exceeded my expectations!!
I was very nervous due to not having heard of the airline and then reading reviews and peoples bad experiences. I can honestly say that it was a pleasant experience both prior to the flight and during. I used the online chat to clarify a few things and the customer service was great with this interaction, check in was an absolute breeze - we didn't pay for seat reservation and during check in this was offered however we skipped this and our boarding passes generated and we were all sat together (6 people). Other airlines wouldn't do this, I would advise checking in early to ensure there are seats available though. During the flight the service was great, the aircraft was clean and tidy just on the basic side however I expected that as it is a budget low-fare airline. I absolutely couldn't moan for the prices and it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely fly sun express again and will be recommending to family and friends flying to Turkey form the UK.
