Amazing customer service
I have had my Phox water filter for quite a few years now & loved it but unfortunately a small piece broke off my lid. I didn't want to replace the whole unit as don't want things that could be fixed going into land fill so I reached out to Phox to see if I could get a replacement lid. They were absolutely amazing and all they asked I pay was for the shipping! It's so wonderful to see such good customer service in a world full of the exact opposite! I've recommended them to lots of people before but I will be doing so even more now!! Thank you Phox for restoring my confidence in buying a product and recieving good after service! 5* replies to my email were also so quick!
