Horrible experience
Horrible experience. We have been robbed by this company. Hired a car in Bratislava branched have been charged 50€euro for fuel that have been filled that morning if they had to fill in 5 € due to the travel from filling station that’s the max. And another 120 € for a scratch that we haven’t done it’s obvious it was done prior to the drive as the dirt is covering it and it is so invisible that we wouldn’t even realise that was there before renting. Also we were required to sign the sheet of damages before we left the airport kiosk to see the car. Never again renting with this company and I would advise everyone to steer clear from them as this extra charges are based on a lie.
