Traveled to CA in July for my birthday
Traveled to CA in July for my birthday. SouthWest did not care about their passengers! We sat for 5 hrs in a plane and in the terminal waiting on a new plane. The “potty” was out and we weren’t flying until we could get it fixed or a new plane. Neither happened for 5 hours. They never said a thing. We question them about vouchers after the five hour point and they did everything they could do to avoid the conversation. It was not only myself it was the entire gate asking. We were put off and put off and put off and put off! This is the worst airlines! It makes you want to apply for the job just to make it better. Come on Southwest stop treating people this way! We’re not your cattle! The vouchers just are not compensation. We want better service not more of the same terrible service!
