Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company. I part exchanged my bike and was owed some money on top. When they got the bike they said that they needed the V5 and the will hold back my £350 deposit until they have got a new V5. They ignore your emails are are breaching my statutory rights as they are illegally holding back monies owed to me. Will is the guy I was dealing with, complete incompetent individual and ignores your requests. If I don’t get it back soon I will be taking legal action
