Frustrated
Initially thought they were very good with a phone call on a Sunday evening advising that I could get the last inside cabin for the cruise and trip I was looking for. I was surprised therefore to see the same holiday and inside cabins available within 4 days of paying my deposit but £300 per person cheaper. I had emailed with an enquiry about internal flights and also enquiring whether I would be able to have the cheaper deal or be upgraded. I have now emails x 2 and phoned x 3 with no reply despite assurances that I would be telephoned the following day. 6/10 & 09/10Thank you for your response. I would be grateful if you could resend the recent emails you have sent me as I have not received any correspondence from you in my inbox or junk mail
