Jake was incredibly supportive and reassuring

I had a really positive experience with Arden Student Support, especially Jake. He responded quickly and was very kind, understanding and reassuring. I opened up about feeling disappointed in myself, and he really made me feel heard and supported. He clearly explained my options and reminded me that I’m not going through this alone, which meant really a lot to me. Before his response I was feeling quite anxious, but that went away straight after Jake got back to me. His support has helped me feel much more confident and positive about returning to my studies. I really appreciate the help and guidance I received. Thank you, Jake☺️
