Offer was reduced by £50 sighting scratches on screen. When I sent the phone there were none but I don’t have any pics to prove They sent me pics of scratches but it was an Apple swap over phone with 21 battery cycles and in absolutely pristine condition. Lesson learnt to take video and pic before sending to any of these recycle companies
