Simply wouldn't recommend.
Avoid! They talk a good game but in my case failed to deliver VERY long contract lengths - they tie you in for 16 weeks by default, whereas others locally are more like 4 weeks. I was lied to by an inexperienced agent They gave unhelpful, repetitive feedback They used my house as leverage to sell another one on the same street Their only sales tactic is to ask you to lower the price Most of the viewings were by an inappropriate audience - investors I left them after nearly 6 months and no results Another agency sold it in 2 weeks for a better price looking for a cheap deal on a shabby house they could do up I've told them about all this and more, and they haven't even replied.
