Unreachable and bad customer service
I was trying to reach customer service and legal team but unfortunately still no response after a day. I ordered 5 packs (850gr+400gr) chocolate ensure milk powder but received only 1 pack, photo was also sent but no response. The whole bill is worth 200€.
