Warning Fraud Platform
Warning: Do NOT Book with Super.com – Suspicious Charges & Misleading Reviews I never book through random or unknown websites, but this time I trusted some of the reviews and booked a business trip through Super.com. Big mistake. My trip hasn't even happened yet, and they already tried to take a $15 unauthorized charge from my account. Thankfully, my bank flagged it and blocked the transaction. After digging into more user experiences, it’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue—this seems to be a pattern. They lure you in with seemingly good deals and then try to take more money on the side. Don’t be fooled by the many positive (green) reviews. After what I’ve experienced and read, it’s highly likely that some of those reviews are fake or paid for to cover up the real problems. As someone who regularly uses trusted platforms like Expedia, I strongly advise others to avoid Super.com. The hotel I booked with confirmed I was overcharged compared to their direct rate. You could end up paying more, getting charged twice, or worse—handing over your card info to a shady company. Bottom line: Super.com cannot be trusted. Book directly with the hotel or use a reliable travel site to avoid stress, overcharges, and potential fraud.
