Not good service.
Can’t at this stage comment on the quality of the mats as they haven’t turned up yet. So at this stage based on my experience thus far not impressed. Paid for next working day delivery-£10 and they didn’t turn up next working day. Called them and to be fair refunded my carriage but then couldn’t confirm if the courier has actually collected them. All I was told after 2 telephone conversations is that I’ll have to wait for the courier tracking update as Car mats don’t know if they’ve been collected or not as they could be on a pallet of about 500 orders and the courier scans them all in when they get to the depot. All I have been told is that the delivery label was printed yesterday.(clearly not stuck onto anything though) so all in all based on my experience thus far not good. Would I at this stage recommend them- no given they can’t get the simple stuff right like delivering on a service a customer has paid for. IF they turn up tomorrow and I’m blown away I’ll edit this accordingly. However as of today I’d be tempted to go elsewhere. It’s a shame that in an age where we are heated for online business companies let themselves and their customers down by delivering poor service and then not having to face angry customers as it’s all via email or phone. The mats arrived later than paid for and they are very good quality and fit perfectly. Highly reccommemd the mats. The customer service however needs work.
