Beware!! its fraudulent company
Beware!!! Never take a lease in this company and also from Volkswagen Gmbh, as they will ruin your life. Its a fraud. If there is something worse than 1 star I would give it to Volkswagen Leasing Gmbh. I used a Volkswagen Arteon R-Line 2.0L Benzene for 30 months year 2022 model. During taking the used Arteon from Volkswagen Frankfurt Gmbh Hanau in February 2022, said while returning if the car has minor wear and tear they will not charge anything. Now fast forward 30 months later, I am returning the vehicle with the best condition, no scratches, no dents, looks everything new. Even I have spend more than 6000 Euro on repairs and maintaince of the vehicle over this 30 months, yet they have charged me 4708.30Euro to be paid upon return, simply there was some very minor spots on the wheel, which will happen if any car is driven, a very minor scratch at the back. I have put all wheel tires instead of winter tires, by taking consent from Volkswagen, yet they charged 3200 Euros just for that. Even while the actual change of all 4 tires along with the rim, it costed me just 1410 Euro in all, and now they are charging me 3200 Euro, which they said they won't. I am saying they are just high rated theives, and looters, they harass their customers to the extend that you start feeling mentally abused, they threaten you. They have fraudulent behaviour. Companies like them should never exist only in this country in the first place, who cheat their customers. I even wanted to buy the car, which costed 44,000 Euro during the time I took the lease. I paid 10,360 Euro upfront, and per month I paid 388 Euro for 30 months, so all total I paid 22,000 over these 30 months for the car, excluding all the repair cost, still when I wanted to buy the car they put a price of 36,590 Euro. In reality they should have just asked me 22,000Euro since I already paid so much already for leasing, but they are born looters, scammers and a complete fraudulent company, so they just want to squeeze more money from your pocket. They have broken trust in the customers, my job for the rest of my life is to bankrupt the company, so that their company cease to exist. Attached are the recent pictures of my volkswagen arteon just before it is being returned back to them. Attached is the DEKRA report and the bill they charged me. My next step is involve my lawyers with them, on case of fraud and harassment. Will see, I will fight till last for this, this will be my only motto in this life. Basically what the leasing company wants is not to drive the car that you leased, instead keep it in the showroom and return it back or buy them a brand new car from the showroom while returning. So its basically a broad daylight scam right infront of us. My leasing contract number is M538015.
