I had a very poor experience in another local sports shop even tho the runners I wanted were 10e cheaper I was so annoyed at the dismissive way I was treated I decided to go to your store which I meet a lovely young lady she was pleasant right off the bate and gave me attention so it made me feel good so thanks to her I know I should have written Sooner but I was away for a bit and don't do much surveys but something picked me to answer this one
