The opposite of customer service
I ordered 2 sets of sunglasses that their website advised were in stock. They, weren't. Despite not wanting to wait for backorder I gave them a chance. I informed them I was moving house and that they needed to update delivery address. They sent the first to the correct address. Sent the second to the wrong address and have ignored all correspondence from me since requesting a solution or refund. I will now have to go through a credit card claim for almost £400. Time wasters.
