Ordered a 4 star blog post (which is the highest rated service) at 12 cents a word. In return, I received absolute drivel which I could have found on Upwork or Fiverr for 3 cents a word. They refused to honor any form of refund or compensation for the subpar quality work delivered. A horrible company.
