ACIS was there for us from the beginning of the process till the end. I appreciated Tricia Holda calling me the day before we were leaving to wish me the best, to reassure me and to let me know if there were any problems she wanted me to call immediately so they could fix anything right there and then. The trip was fantastic! Lodging, food and service were the best! And our guide Maynor was very helpful and knowledgeable! He took us on his own to a banana plantation and to a banana factory ,to his town's market....This was not included in the tour but Maynor is that kind of a good person and guide!
