We've been using Deskera at our architecture firm for about 8 months now, after switching from a more expensive platform that came with features we rarely used. Deskera offered the essentials we needed at a much better price. The system helps us manage client records, past transactions, and payment history in one place, which has made things more organized. Time tracking has also improved our billing accuracy, though getting the whole team to use it consistently took a bit of time. My main concern is with the reporting. It gets the job done, but isn’t as flexible as we’d like. Support during setup was excellent, though response times for routine questions can vary. Overall, it’s a solid system for the price, and a noticeable improvement over our previous setup.
