Charity In South Manchester Satisfied
I run a charity in South Manchester, and we have had our business account with the CO-OP for years. I just recently rang to have a check book issued (yes we still use them as we serve older people in the community), and didn't have to wait long (under 10 minutes) to speak to someone. The customer service attendant was very polite and professional. Amila was her name. She was able to handle my query, go through the process and give me an expected time of arrival for my request. Thus, I was happy with the COOP on this occasion, and their well trained staff members like Amila.
