Horrendous company
****update**** They reply to this thread but still do nothing to resolve! .... still waiting and also emailed the Director of the company, who by the way hasn't responded SHOCK!....Horrendous company, zero customer service and zero acknowledgement of any kind of complaints! Hours upon hours spent trying to get my £700 refund and had no choice but to go to the energy ombudsman. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY how they are still trading is beyond me, they do not follow processes or proceedures set out by ofgem!
