Terrible company.
Terrible company. First bought an office software package that didn't work. This was then refunded to store credit rather than to my card. Not only that but the next day the software increased in price by £10 so I had to pay it. Guess what, code doesn't work. It clearly says UK and EU but support are telling me I purchased the EU version and they will try to sell it for me rather than refund. "Your money is safe with us" they say. Im sure it is. However my bank might think differently.
