Unreliable, false "Returns" policy - took my money and will not respond
I have made plenty of orders here, but something has changed within the last month. Do NOT purchase from here if you need someone reliable. I had 2 packages get "returned to sender" due to an address being wrong (although it wasn't wrong, USPS just did not deliver it). Fine, it happens. However I've been waiting for my return to "process" for a month. No one is answering my emails. Because of that experience, I am trying to return another order I made shortly after. Before their chat function was taken away, I chatted with someone and they told me I had 30 days within delivery date to return. On their returns page, it says the same thing. I orderd on 11/19, so I should have a few days until I can't return anymore right? Wrong - their returns page won't let me return this order because it's not within 14 days of delivery date. Their returns portal and the language they are communicating is wrong. They will not give me my money back. No one will answer my emails, and no one will answer or return my calls.
